Troubleshooting Guide

Pick your symptom and follow the fix. Most issues are connection or sensitivity related and solve in minutes.

Drum not detected by PC / console
1) Try a different USB cable and port (use a data cable, not charge-only). 2) On Switch with White E-Box, hold the “+” button while connecting. 3) Check it appears as a controller in your OS/game settings. 4) Still nothing? Contact us on Discord.
Wrong inputs / button mapping is off
Re-map the controller in your simulator's key-config. Make sure no other controller software is intercepting inputs. For consoles, confirm the correct E-Box mode for your platform.
Ghost notes or dropped inputs
This is a sensitivity issue. Follow the Sensitivity Tuning guide — lower the knob for ghost notes, raise it for drops, in small steps.
What do the LED indicators mean?
LEDs show power and connection status. A steady light usually means connected; blinking can indicate mode/pairing. See the manual for your exact E-Box model.
Firmware-related issues
Current models are firmware-updatable. If behaviour is odd after an update, contact us — we'll provide the correct firmware and steps.
Still stuck after these steps? Don't force anything — reach us on Discord or open a support request and we'll help.
