Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping. For defective or incorrect items, we cover it.

Defective / Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)

If your item is defective or arrives non-working, contact us within 7 days with photos/video. We'll arrange a free repair, replacement, or refund. All ZhongTaiko drums include a 6-month warranty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable except for defective items.

Non-Returnable

Used items, custom/limited collectibles once opened, and digital/ID cards once activated cannot be returned unless defective.
